Aromatherapy Classes

Introduction - 6 hr. $100 - Introduction to Aromatherapy includes a brief history, industry overview and intro to blending. You will learn the properties of three essential oils to make synergies, scrubs, etc.
*Basic/Intermediate/Advanced - 12 hr. - $200 each. Continuation with 12 additional essential oils properties each class.
Aromatherapy Massage - 8 hr.-$140 -Evaluate client, create blend and complete Aromatherapy massage.

Chair Massage
Basic Chair Massage - 6 hr. - $100
Learn the basic body mechanics. Class includes use of different types of chairs, cleaning and maintenance, locations to perform etc. Bring your own chair if you have one.
Chair Marketing Class. 6-hr. $100 Investigate in more depth where and how to create a chair massage business.
Take both together for 12-hrs and save $20.
Energy Work Classes - 6 hrs
Chakra Balancing - Learn a bit about the 7-Chakras of the body, their affiliations with the body's harmony, stones and mantras which may be used in balancing and perform a full body alignment.
Crystal Therapy or Gemstone Massage-A small introduction into the world of crystals, gemstones and/or geomorphic stones and what science has to say about their frequencies how they may be used in a healing massage sequence.
Classes are 6 hrs. and price includes a set of stones.
Facial Massage Classes
Increase your profit margin a bit in an easy way-Try adding in facial massage. Each class is 6 hrs.- $125
European - Express and Full Facial Massage - using steam, cleanse, scrub, mask tone, moisturize.
Holiday - Pick it up a notch and use holiday flavors in your products either commercial or homemade cupboard products.
Japanese (Ko-Bi-Do) - Incorporate Hot/Cold Stones/Oil massage to revive skin to a youthful appearance.
Lymphatic -help relieve sinus pain/pressure.

Indian Head Massage Classes
6 hr. class - $125
From ancient Indian wisdom comes Indian Head Massage. Learn how to use certain oils for relaxation, meditation and healing. Like Chair Massage, Indian head Massage can be performed either in a chair or table setting depending on your needs. Can be performed in office settings like chair massage since the client can remain fully clothed.
Combined with Shirodhara for a totally relaxing experience.

Infant Massage and Infant Massage Instructor Classes
Infant Massage - 6 hr. -$100
Learn to massage from newborn to preteen. Learn basic strokes for various new/early childhood illnesses. DO NOT bring children to class. We will work with mannikins.
Infant Massage Instructor - 6 hr. - $100 Teach your "new parents" how to massage their new "bundle of joy" during those "fussy" times and bond with the child in a new and meaningful way. (This is not an instructor class to teach other massage therapists in infant massage.)

Lymphatic Massage Classes
Lymphatic Body Massage - 6 hr.- $100
Introduction on how to reduce welling in various parts of the body through lymphatic drainage massage.
Lymphatic Facial Massage - 6 hr. $100
Learn to help relieve sinus pressure, headaches reduce facial lines and wrinkles from stress.

Pregnancy/Prenatal Massage Classes
Pregnancy/Prenatal - 6 hr. - $100
Work on pregnant women safely during this "special" time of their life. Learn to make a "pregnancy safe" massage oil (barring contraindications) and use it correctly.
*Add Infant Massage and/or Infant Massage Instructor for a complete "family" transition.
Take two and save $20..Take three and save $50.
Reflexology Classes
Old Egyptian and Chinese Style foot massages believed to work the internal organs through reflex points on the feet hand and ears. Choose between foot, hand or ear. (Foot and Hand Reflexology is offered in either 6-12 hour classes for those wanting to work specifically in the reflexology area).
Foot/Hand/Ear-6 hr. classes - $125 each
Foot/Hand - 12 hr. classes - $200
*Take all three by correspondence for $225. (Read booklet, take test and perform 3 client practicals and return forms for CE.)
Reiki Classes
Introduction - 3hrs -$35 - Covers introduction of Reiki-its history, levels and principles.
Reiki I-Student Practitioner-6 hr. $100
Will go over Intro and learn first symbols & attune to perform Reiki on yourself and family for healing.
Reiki II-Advanced Practitioner-6 hrs. $100-Learn additional symbols for Reiki healing, receive two additional attunements so you can begin a Reiki Practice.
Reiki III-Master-6 hr.- $100-Learn Master Symbol and receive master attunement .

Shirodhara Classes
Ancient Indian Wisdom also teaches Shirodhara. An Ayurvedic ritual where warm oils are drizzled over the head from the third eye to promote visual clarity and calmness. Can used in concert with Indian Head Massage for a more relaxing service.

Stone Massage Classes
Stone Therapy is making a come-back in some areas! Check out our classes Each class is 6 hr. and $125.
Japanese Hot Stone - using basalt stones for thermal relaxation.
Cold Stone - uses marble stones in cold water for pain relief.
Contrast Stone - mixes both hot basalt and cold marble for a lymphatic drainage style massage.
Lunch & Learn Aromatherapy Classes
**Coming Soon in 2023! Check back for times and places as they will vary based on space availability. Each will be 1-1.5 hrs. in length for CEU credits.
These classes will be discussions on essential oils and topics will include: Essential Oil Safety, Dilution/Substitution Ratios, the properties of one specific essential oil per session, etc.
Water or tea will be provided at no charge. If you wish lunch, you may bring one with you or purchase if we are meeting at Panera's, etc.
Thai Herbal Ball Massage
Thai Herbal Ball Massage is a wonderful additional to your skills repertoire. Similar to Hot Stone Massage, this modality uses warmed oil and steamed herbal compress balls to infuse the body with healing herbs.
Reduces muscle fatigue, softens the skin and helps to release toxins wit the use of specialized herbs and heat.
Your clients will love the aromas released from the herbal ball so no other aromatherapy is needed unless they wish a specific fragrance.

Blood-borne/Air-Borne Pathogens - Covers various pathogens you may run into and how to reduce your risk of contamination.

CPR/AED Training
Need CPR/AED for work or just general knowledge? We are here to help. Certified through American Health and Safety Institute (ASHI)or National Safety Council (NSC) our classes meet and/or exceed the ECC classification.
Choice of hands-on training or via correspondence with hands-on skill testing.
